CommentsOkay, I'm not really qualified as an art critic, kid, but here is what I think. Your work is good. Damn good. You might want to keep your colored pencils a little sharper or invest in some of a little higher quality that are harder so that your sharp lines stay sharp and you can use a radiating circular motion with a soft, rounded point or the side of the point to color in large areas to avoid stroke marks. The quality of the paper you use makes a big difference, too. Don't get me wrong, though, your work is amazing and leaves me far behind in the dust. These are just a few techniques I picked up and thought I'd pass along. The one thing I found most impressive in your portfolio was your Ballpoint (Pen) Gallery. Absolutely awesome! Ballpoint was once a very popular medium that had a strong following and I am old enough to remember...well, never mind. You have a knack with the old Bic and I'd love to see more! If you get a chance, try working with a black, red, or green ballpoint pen. They can still be found. With your talent, I can't wait to see the results.
wow, really thank you!
i havent understand everything (like "knack with the old Bic" ???) but i know what ya mean with my lines, they are a little hasty sometimes cause i dont have much spare time, but want to do much! i try to become better by every pic, but its hard to make when you work fulltime . . . nevermind, i think i like my ballpoint compilations too and yeah, i know there where in the past black, red and green ballpoints (think i need to look for it) auf wiedersehen from germany, thanks a lot, my friend and thanks for the watch^^ -- I want YOU to enter Milky Way! And to enter my website [link] ! Very interesting. I like your style!
-- Don't fall asleep, They'll find us here. I know a place, To disappear. (8) Amazing artworks! All these creatures look real... It seems that you are a xenobiologist who has been to some other planet and these are drawings of living beings you have seen there
